MEAL RECOMMENDATION PER DAY

As a recommendation, if you want to grow up healthy and strong you need to eat good and healthy food, here are some tips and cooking tips that can help you

breakfast: toast, fruit, yogurt, glass of lecge with cookies 00% sugar, juices 00% sugar etc.

snack: fruit, juice, yogurt with cereals and nuts, glass of milk with cereals etc. (And if one day you fancy something a little sweeter, let it be with the least amount of chocolate possible)

lunch: nothing (if you don’t considered necessary) or bagels (fewer calories possible) with juice, fruit etc
