MEAL RECOMMENDATION PER DAY

As a recommendation, if you want to grow up healthy and strong you need to eat good and healthy food, here are some tips and cooking tips that can help you
breakfast: toast, fruit, yogurt, glass of lecge with cookies 00% sugar, juices 00% sugar etc.
